Would definitely stay again
Positive: Great location and view with off street parking
The unit was well equipped and comfortable
We had a minor problem when we arrived which was promptly addressed by the Manager who is very friendly

Very enjoyable self contained stay. Away from the bustle of main Kaiteriteri Beach. Peaceful and laid back bay.
Positive: Great view out to the sea. Being north east facing, got great morning sun but lost sun mid afternoon. Beautifully comfortable befd
Negative: Lost sun early and need to replace coffee press. Top too small for jug.

Positive: Very comfortable. Close to everything where we wanted to go. Nice spot with lovely views.
The only down side was the living are furniture its needs to be updated .

Positive: The view and position were excellent. The apartment was a very good size.
Negative: The easy chair wasn't up to the standard of the other furniture in that the surface of the material ( faux leather) was peeling off all over it. It didn't affect our stay but would be worth replacing just to give a better impression.
